The agenda of the Legislative Council (LegCo) meeting, scheduled for today (October 19) at 11am in the Chamber of the LegCo Complex, has been revised. In addition to the original agenda items, the Chief Secretary for Administration will present "The Government Minute in response to the Report of the Public Accounts Committee No. 56 of July 2011" to the Council, and address the Council on the report.
Meanwhile, the President has given permission for Hon Miriam Lau Kin-yee to move a motion on "Suspension of Rule 47(1)(c) and (2)(c) and Rule 49(8) of the Rules of Procedure". Hon Ip Wai-ming will also move an amendment to Hon Tam Yiu-chung's amendment to the motion on "Calling upon persons intending to run in the Chief Executive Election to respond to peoples aspirations".
