The Chairman of the Board of the West Kowloon Cultural District (WKCD) Authority, Mr Stephen Lam, today (October 3) toured the exhibition at the Hong Kong Heritage Discovery Centre, Kowloon Park at which the proposed Development Plan for the Stage 3 Public Engagement exercise for the WKCD project is displayed.
