The Convenor of the Non-official Members of the Executive Council (ExCo), Mr Ronald Arculli, issued the following statement today (October 3):
"I am honoured to have been appointed by the Chief Executive as the Convenor of the Non-official Members of the Executive Council. I shall discuss with my fellow non-official ExCo colleagues how we can collectively best assist the Chief Executive in the formulation of policies and measures to meet the needs of the community, particularly to help those in need in these difficult and worrying times."
