The Leisure and Cultural Services Department announced today (September 29) that due to issue of Tropical Cyclone Signal No. 8, the "Ying Yuet Hin - Cantonese Operatic Songs Class" scheduled for today at Kwai Tsing Theatre Lecture Room from 2pm to 4pm has been cancelled.
