Holiday arrangements for the Chung Yeung Festival

     Hongkong Post announced today (September 28) that there will be no mail delivery on the upcoming public holiday for Chung Yeung Festival (October 5).  All post offices will be closed that day except the General Post Office and the Airport Post Office.  The business hours of the two offices will be from 9am to 5pm and 8am to 5pm respectively.  One mail collection will be arranged for all street posting boxes except those located on the outlying islands or in remote areas.
