Please broadcast the following special announcement at frequent intervals this morning (September 24):
The Social Welfare Department has announced that today is a regional flag day. The Society for the Promotion of Hospice Care, Yan Kwong Social Service Limited and The Finnish Evangelical Lutheran Mission will sell flags on Hong Kong Island, in Kowloon and in the New Territories respectively.
