| The Work Incentive Transport Subsidy Scheme (WITS) will be open for applications from October 3 onwards with application forms available for pick-up from 72 distribution outlets from tomorrow. The Secretary for Labour and Welfare, Mr Matthew Cheung Kin-chung, accompanied by the Commissioner for Labour, Mr Cheuk Wing Hing, visited the WITS Division of the Labour Department today (September 21) and was glad to see that all frontline and back office staff were fully geared up for the implementation of the scheme.
