The Secretary for Food and Health, Dr York Chow, continued his visit to Sichuan today (September 6) and officiated at a ceremony to commemorate the completion of No. 2 People's Hospital of Deyang this morning. The hospital was seriously damaged in the Sichuan earthquake. The new in-patient block provides 460 surgical beds and 240 medical beds to cater for a population of four million people in Deyang and its peripheral areas.   Close
