Please broadcast the following special announcement at frequent intervals this morning (August 20):
The Social Welfare Department announces that today is a regional flag day. The Dharmasthiti Group, The Bethune House Migrant Women's Refuge Limited and The Hong Kong Health Education and Health Promotion Foundation Limited will sell flags on Hong Kong Island, in Kowloon and the New Territories respectively.
