The Town Planning Board today (August 12) announced amendments to the draft Tai Po Outline Zoning Plan (OZP).
The amendments involved revising the building height restriction for the "Government, Institution or Community" ("G/IC") zone covering a site occupied by St. Paul's Catholic Day Nursery from two storeys to 35 metres above Principal Datum (mPD) and rezoning of a site in Area 6 from "G/IC" to "Residential (Group B)".
The draft Tai Po OZP No. S/TP/23 incorporating the amendments is now available for public inspection during office hours at the Secretariat of the Board, the Planning Enquiry Counters in North Point and Sha Tin, the Sha Tin, Tai Po and North District Planning Office, the Tai Po District Office and the Tai Po Rural Committee.
Any person may make written representation in respect of the amendments to the Secretary of the Board on or before October 12, 2011. Representations made to the Board will be available for public inspection.
Copies of the draft plan are available for sale at the Map Publications Centres in North Point and Yau Ma Tei. The electronic version of the plan can be viewed at the Board's website (www.info.gov.hk/tpb).
