Following is a transcript of remarks by the Acting Chief Executive, Mr Henry Tang, at a media session after visiting the Junior Police Call Fight Crime Summer Camp at Wu Kwai Sha Youth Village in Ma On Shan today (August 10):

Acting Chief Executive: I understand they have had a technical problem with their software, with their website. I have called Ron Arculli to try to understand what has happened and how serious the problem is. He has said that the technical staff is now trying to recover the system, to get it to work as soon as possible. I urged them also to look into the reason behind it and how to prevent future occurrences.
