Please broadcast the following special announcement at frequent intervals this morning (August 10):
The Social Welfare Department has announced that today is a regional flag day. The Media Evangelism Limited, the Neighbourhood Advice-Action Council and Against Child Abuse Limited will sell flags on Hong Kong Island, in Kowloon and in the New Territories respectively.
