Police today (August 9) appealed to the public for information about an elderly woman who went missing in Western District.
Hon Yuk-lin, aged 86, was found missing after she boarded a bus from King¡¦s Road North Point to Sai Ying Pun yesterday afternoon (August 8). She could not be contacted since then and her family member reported to the Police last night.
The missing woman is about 1.5 metres tall and weighs about 64 kilograms. She is of fat build, has a round face, with yellow complexion and short curly grey black hair. She was last seen wearing dark blouse with floral pattern, black pants and black sandals. She also carried with her a black shoulder bag and a red recycle bag.
Anyone who knows the whereabouts of the missing woman or who may have seen her is urged to contact Regional Missing Person Unit of Hong Kong Island on 2860 1045 or any police station.
