Reporter: (inaudibleˇK) the performances of the Hong Kong civil servants after what Mr Wang Guangya said?
Chief Executive: I've just said that Hong Kong has the finest civil service and it has shown to the rest of the world what it is able to achieve. Of course we have to continue to nurture the young. We must continue to putting a lot of time on training. And you have heard that many national leaders have praised their achievement and their ability in the past. I am quite confident that they are going to deliver what Hong Kong people needs in the future days, in particular sustaining prosperity and protecting our own value system.
