The Government published a notice in the Gazette today (July 29) on the modification to the widening works, under stage two, of Tolo Highway/Fanling Highway between Island House Interchange and Fanling. The works have been authorised by the Chief Executive in Council.
The modification involves adding a direct staircase branching from the proposed Kau Lung Hang Vehicular Bridge (with walkway), which provides direct access to the realigned Tai Wo Service Road West (southbound).
