Missing old man located

An old man who went missing in Kwun Tong has been located.
Tse Chow-to, aged 81, left his home at Tak Tin Estate in the afternoon of July 23 and failed to return. His son made a report to Police on the same day.
The man was located at Wan Tsui Shopping Centre in Chai Wan last night (July 25).
