The Lands Department announced today (July 15) that two residential sites in the 2011-12 Land Sale Programme will be disposed of by public tender.
The two sites, Stanley Inland Lot No. 91 at Hoi Fung Path, Stanley, and Lot No.1613 in Demarcation District No. 222, in Kap Pin Long, Sai Kung, will be disposed of by public tender. The tender invitation for both lots will commence on August 26, 2011, and close on September 30, 2011.
Stanley Inland Lot No. 91 has a site area of about 615.2 square metres and is designated for private residential purposes. The minimum gross floor area and the maximum gross floor area are 277 square metres and 461.4 square metres respectively.
Lot No. 1613 in Demarcation District No. 222 has a site area of about 1,733 square metres and is designated for private residential purposes. The minimum gross floor area and the maximum gross floor area are 208 square metres and 346.6 square metres respectively.
The final Conditions of Sale for Stanley Inland Lot No. 91 and Lot No. 1613 in Demarcation District No. 222 will be available for distribution and uploaded onto the Lands Department's website (www.landsd.gov.hk) by August 26, when the particulars of the tender will also be gazetted.
