To facilitate the funeral for the late Station Sergeant, Mr Lau Chi-kin, at the Universal Funeral Parlour in Hung Hom this Thursday (July 14), special traffic arrangements will be implemented in the area.
On Ching Road, Cheong Hang Lane and Cheong Hang Road will be temporarily closed to all vehicles from 1.30pm to 5pm tomorrow (July 13) and from 8am to noon on July 14.
Traffic along Lo Lung Hang Street will only be able to turn right into Winslow Street.
The metered parking spaces on Cheong Hang Road, On Ching Road, Winslow Street and Lo Lung Hang Street will be suspended from 3pm on July 13 to noon on July 14.
People going to the funeral by vehicles should alight at Winslow Street and proceed to the funeral parlour.
Only the cortege will be allowed to park on Cheong Hang Road, except vehicles with authorisation which will be parked on the west side of Cheong Hang Road.
