Victoria Harbour icon launched (with photos)

The Secretary for Development, Mrs Carrie Lam, today (July 4) unveils the new Victoria Harbour icon with the designer of the Open Group's winning entry in the "Eye-On Victoria - Call for Victoria Harbour Icon Design" competition.
