Please broadcast the following special announcement at frequent intervals this morning (July 2):
The Social Welfare Department announces that today is a regional flag day. The Hong Kong Association for Cleft Lip and Palate, Rehabilitation Alliance Hong Kong and Wai Ji Christian Service will sell flags on Hong Kong Island, in Kowloon and the New Territories respectively.
