The Hong Kong Monetary Authority (HKMA) today (June 14) published the June 2011 issue of its Quarterly Bulletin.
This issue of the Quarterly Bulletin carries a feature article introducing the Qualifying Debt Instrument scheme and its latest refinements.
This issue also carries the regular articles on the global and local economy, and the banking and monetary environment.
