Public forum held to collect views on proposed guidelines for District Council election (with photo)

Electoral Affairs Commission Chairman Mr Justice Barnabas Fung Wah (centre) chairs a public forum to gather views on the Proposed Guidelines on Election-related Activities in respect of the District Council Election at Causeway Bay Community Centre today (June 9).
