HK hosts regional symposium on food incidents and crisis management (with photos)

The Secretary for Food and Health, Dr York Chow, gives a speech at the Opening Ceremony of the Regional Symposium "From Food Incidents to Crisis Management" today (June 1). The two-day Symposium is organised by the Centre for Food Safety.
