Please broadcast the following special announcement at frequent intervals this morning (May 21):
The Social Welfare Department announces that today is a regional flag day. The Hong Kong Asthma Society Limited, Hong Kong Rehabilitation Power and Hong Kong Outlying Islands Women's Association Limited will sell flags on Hong Kong Island, in Kowloon and the New Territories respectively.
