Missing boy located

Police have located a 16-year-old boy who was reported missing in Kwai Chung on April 17.
Lam Kwan, aged 16, left his home at Kwai Shing Circuit on March 20 and failed to return. His family member made a report to the Police on April 17. He was located at a carpark in Sheung Tak Estate in Tseung Kwan O this morning (May 20).
He sustained no injury and no suspicious circumstances were detected.
