Man arrested for attempted murder

Police arrested a 49-year-old man for Attempted Murder in Sha Tin yesterday (May 12).
Police received a report around noon yesterday from a 32-year-old woman who alleged to be harmed by her 49-year-old husband at a flat on 28 Lok King Street, Sha Tin.
Police arrived the scene and arrested the man. The woman sustained minor hand injuries and was sent to Prince of Wales Hospital. She was treated and discharged.
The arrested man is still being detained for further enquiries.
The case is classified as Attempted Murder and investigations by District Crime Squad of Sha Tin are underway.
