Organised by the Leisure and Cultural Services Department, the annual International Arts Carnival will run from July 8 to August 14 featuring a variety of programmes such as acrobatics on ice, mask theatre, magic theatre, marionette theatre, dance, visual theatre, physical comedy, music, multimedia puppetry, drama and film.   Close
