Police today (April 30) appealed to the public for information on a dead body found case in North Point on April 26.
At about 1.27pm on that day, Police received a report that the body of a woman was found floating at sea off North Point Ferry Pier in North Point.
The deceased is believed to be an Asian woman aged about 40. She was about 1.58 metres tall, of medium build with short black hair. She was wearing brown trousers and pink short-sleeved T-shirt with multiple colour stripes. A small cloth bag containing one bundle of keys was found in her possession.
Initial investigations revealed no suspicious circumstances surrounding her death.
Anyone who knows the deceased or has information about the case is urged to contact the Miscellaneous Enquiries Sub-unit of Marine Harbour Division on 2886 8761.
