The Chief Secretary for Administration, Mr Henry Tang, visited Lam Tin Estate today (April 27) to learn more about the building quality and associated facilities of a newly completed public rental housing estate. Picture shows Mr Tang being briefed on the solar panels of a photovoltaic system installed on the roof of the block.
