Please broadcast the following special announcement at frequent intervals this morning (April 27):
The Social Welfare Department announces that today is a regional flag day. CTU Education Foundation Limited, The International Nature Loving Association Limited and Hong Kong Women Development Association Limited will sell flags on Hong Kong Island, in Kowloon and the New Territories respectively.
