The services provided by Mobile Libraries 6 and 10 will be suspended for designated periods during May for routine maintenance, a Leisure and Cultural Services Department spokesman announced today (April 26).
From May 2 to 14, the following service points of Mobile Library 6 will be affected: Shau Kei Wan Main Street East, Lei Tung Estate and Ap Lei Chau Estate in Ap Lei Chau, Shek O Beach, Fung Tak Estate and Tsui Chuk Garden in Wong Tai Sin. To enquire about Mobile Library 6 services, please call 2505 4690.
From May 3 to 17, the following service points of Mobile Library 10 will be affected: Kwong Fuk Estate and Shuen Wan in Tai Po, Cheung Wang Estate in Tsing Yi, Tin Yuet Estate and Tin Wah Estate in Tin Shui Wai, Hung Shui Kiu in Yuen Long, Wah Sum Estate in Fanling, Kwai Chung Estate in Kwai Tsing and Lung Mun Oasis in Tuen Mun. For enquiries about Mobile Library 10 services, please call 2450 1857.
People are welcome to use other public libraries during these service suspension periods. They may also renew library materials by telephoning 2698 0002 or 2827 2833, or via the Internet at www.hkpl.gov.hk.
