Please broadcast the following special announcement at frequent intervals this morning (April 23):
The Social Welfare Department announces that today is a regional flag day. Retina Hong Kong, the Society for Community Organization Limited and Pok Oi Hospital will sell flags on Hong Kong Island, in Kowloon and the New Territories respectively.
