Police are investigating a traffic accident in Tuen Mun early this morning (April 17) in which a 31-year-old man was killed.
At 0.23am, a motorcycle driven by the man was travelling along the Castle Peak Bay section of Castle Peak Road towards Tuen Mun. While approaching near Crossroads Foundation, it reportedly lost control and rammed into a lamppost.
Sustaining serious head injury, the man was rushed to Tuen Mun Hospital where he was certified dead at 0.57am.
Investigations will be handed over to the Special Investigation Team of Traffic, New Territories North.
