Red flags lowered at Upper Cheung Sha Beach and Tong Fuk Beach

The Leisure and Cultural Services Department announced today (April 15) that since the waters off Upper Cheung Sha Beach and Tong Fuk Beach in Islands District are now suitable for swimming, the red flags have been lowered.
The red flags were hoisted at the beaches earlier after red tides were found.
