Hongkong Post announced today (April 15) the postal service arrangements for the Easter holidays from April 22 to 25.
One mail delivery service will be provided on April 22 (Friday) but there will be no mail delivery from April 23 to 25 inclusive.
However, the General Post Office (GPO) and the Airport Post Office (APT) will open from April 22 to 25 with normal business hours, i.e. 9am to 5pm for the GPO and 8am to 5pm for the APT. The Tsim Sha Tsui Post Office will open on Sunday, April 24, from 9am to 2pm. All other post offices will be closed.
On April 22 and 25, one mail collection daily will be arranged from all street posting boxes except those located on outlying islands and in remote areas. There will be no mail collection on April 23 or 24.
