Police appeal for information on a serious traffic accident yesterday (April 2) in Sau Mau Ping, in which an elder man was seriously injured.
About 7.15pm, a bus driven by a 33-year-old man was travelling along eastbound Po Lam Road. When entering the Po Tat Estate bus terminus, it reportedly knocked down an elder man aged about 65 to70.
The elder man sustained serious head injuries and was rushed to the United Christian Hospital.
He is about 1.7 meter tall, of thin build, wearing a blue jacket, a pair of grey trousers and black slippers.
Investigations by Accident Investigation Team of Traffic, Kowloon East are proceeding.
Anyone who may have seen the accident or who has any information on the elder man is urged to contact the investigating officers on 2305 7500.
