The Chief Secretary for Administration, Mr Henry Tang, and the Spanish Second Vice-President, Ms Elena Salgado, today (April 1) signed an agreement for the avoidance of double taxation and the prevention of fiscal evasion with respect to taxes on income between Hong Kong and Spain.   Close
