The Process Review Panel (PRP) for the Financial Reporting Council (FRC) today (March 29) published its second annual report covering the work of the Panel in 2010.
The Panel Chairman, Mr Edmund Leung Kwong-ho said: "Among the 18 cases completed by the FRC in 2009, the PRP has selected five cases for review in the second review cycle in 2010. The Panel was satisfied that the FRC had handled the cases in accordance with its internal procedures.
"We appreciate the support rendered by the FRC to the work of the Panel and look forward to their continued cooperation," he added.
