Please broadcast the following special announcement at frequent intervals this morning (March 26):
The Social Welfare Department announces that today is a regional flag day. Suicide Prevention Services, Open Door Ministries Limited and Hong Kong Employment Development Service Limited will sell flags on Hong Kong Island, in Kowloon and the New Territories respectively.
