Police today (March 25) appealed to the public for information about a body found in Tuen Mun last month.
At about 4.30pm on February 12, Police received a report that a female body had been found on the seashore off Yung Long Road.
The body was believed to be a woman aged over 30. She was about 1.55 metres tall, of medium build and with short black hair. She was wearing red, long-sleeved underclothes, a black sweater with red graphics and a pair of blue trousers. Nothing was found to indicate her identity.
Initial investigations have revealed no suspicious circumstance surrounding her death.
Anyone who knows the deceased or has information on her next of kin is urged to contact officers of the Miscellaneous Enquiries Sub-unit of Castle Peak Division at 3661 5935 or 3661 5936.
