Man charged with murder

Police today (March 21) charged a 29-year-old man with one count of murder.
Police arrested the 29-year-old man on March 19 in connection with a suspected murder case in which a 64-year-old missing woman was killed on Lamma Island.
The woman was last seen in her niece's home at Tai Yuen Village, Lamma Island on March 15 and then went missing. Her niece made a report to the Police on March 16.
Police found the woman's body at the residence of her niece in the afternoon on March 19.
He will appear at Eastern Magistrates' Courts tomorrow (March 22).
