Please broadcast the following special announcement at frequent intervals this morning (March 12):
The Social Welfare Department announces that today is a regional flag day. Aberdeen Kai-Fong Welfare Association Limited, The Hong Kong Catholic Marriage Advisory Council and Cheung Chau Rural Committee Integrated Youth Centre will sell flags on Hong Kong Island, in Kowloon and the New Territories respectively.
