Water quality at Silverstrand Beach has improved

The Leisure and Cultural Services Department announced today (February 14) that the red tide seen in water off Silverstrand Beach in Sai Kung District has dissipated. However, due to big waves, the red flag remains hoisted. Beach-goers are advised not to swim at the beach.
