Please broadcast the following special announcement at frequent intervals this morning (February 2):
The Social Welfare Department announces that today is a regional flag day. Carnation Women's Association, Amnesty International Hong Kong Section Human Rights Education Charitable Trust and Child Welfare Scheme Limited will sell flags on Hong Kong Island, in Kowloon and the New Territories respectively.
