Police are appealing for information on the whereabouts of a 58-year-old suspect who is believed to be in connection with the murder of a 23-year-old woman 28 years ago in Western.
The case occurred in February 1983 in which the deceased was reported missing from her office at 434 Dex Vouex Road West.
On March 20 the same year, the deceased's body was found stuffed inside a bag tied with two concrete blocks on the seabed off Tiu Chung Chau, Sai Kung.
Upon enquiry, Police believed a 58-year-old male colleague of the deceased, surnamed Leung, was in connection with the case. The suspect went missing since February 1983.
