The Leisure and Cultural Services Department announced today (January 14) that the arena at Tai Po Hui Sports Centre in Tai Po District will be temporarily closed from January 17 to 20 for renewal of basketball court lines. Other facilities in the sports centre will remain open. During this period, the public may use the arenas at Fu Heng Sports Centre, Fu Shin Sports Centre, Tai Po Sports Centre or Tai Wo Sports Centre in the same district.
In addition, the fitness room at Kowloon Park Sports Centre in Yau Tsim Mong District will be temporarily closed for maintenance from March 1 to 31. Other facilities in the sports centre will remain open. During this period, the public may use available sessions in fitness rooms at Fa Yuen Street Sports Centre, Kwun Chung Sports Centre or Tai Kok Tsui Sports Centre in the same district.
