The Town Planning Board today (November 12) announced that the Chief Executive in Council has referred four approved outline zoning plans (OZPs) to the Board for amendment to reflect the latest land use proposals in the South West Kowloon, Tai Tam and Shek O, Fanling/Sheung Shui and Tin Shui Wai areas.
Each OZP incorporating the respective amendments will be exhibited for public inspection under the provisions of the Town Planning Ordinance.
The South West Kowloon OZP was last approved by the Chief Executive in Council in February 2010; the Tai Tam and Shek O OZP was last approved in January 2005; the Fanling/Sheung Shui OZP was last approved in March 2007 and the Tin Shui Wai OZP was last approved in July 2008.
