Police today (November 11) appealed for information about a traffic accident in Airport District last Sunday (November 7) evening in which a 46-year-old bus driver was seriously injured.
About 10pm, a bus driven by a 46-year-old man was travelling along Cheong Lin Road towards Airport Bus Terminus. When reaching a roundabout, it crashed into a concrete pillar of a flyover.
The driver sustained head and hands injuries and was rushed to Princess Margaret Hospital for medical treatment. He is now admitted in critical condition.
Investigations by the Accident Investigation Team of Traffic, New Territories South, are underway.
