Hongkong Post today (October 29) announced an invitation for Expression of Interest (EoI) from the private sector in the provision of Hongkong Post Certification Authority (HKPCA) services.
Details of the invitation for the EoI are published at www.hongkongpost.com . A briefing session about this EoI exercise will be conducted on November 11, from 11am to 12.30pm at the Hongkong Post Staff Training Centre, Room 701, 7/F, Trade Square, 681 Cheung Sha Wan Road, Cheung Sha Wan, Kowloon. For registration, please e-mail hkpca_eoi@hkpo.gov.hk on or before noon on November 10.
This invitation serves as an enquiry about ideas and suggestions only and does not commit Hongkong Post to any charge for the enquiry or any obligation to procure HKPCA services. Engagement of services, if required, will be subject to a tender exercise or any other procurement strategy that the Government sees fit to introduce for private sector participation in providing HKPCA services.
Submissions for the EoI should be made with two hard copies and one soft copy in portable document format (pdf) in a sealed envelope marked "Proposal on HKPCA Expression of Interest" to the Tender Box, Hongkong Post Supplies Section, 10/F, Tuen Mun Distribution Centre Two, 3A Hung Cheung Road, Tuen Mun, New Territories, Hong Kong by noon on December 3, 2010.
