"Healthy Living Carnival" postponed

The Food and Environmental Hygiene Department announced today (October 22) that owing to inclement weather, the "Healthy Living Carnival" scheduled for Sunday (October 24) afternoon at the Victoria Park will be postponed to February 20, 2011 at Chater Garden in Central.
